Before Rocket was born, John witnessed too many travelers being mistreated in the car rental industry: customers being tricked by dishonest agents, security deposits unfairly withheld, small incidents exaggerated for profit, and vulnerable travelers left alone when problems occurred. What troubled him most was not the money — but the lack of responsibility, empathy, and trust.
Rocket Car Rentals was created to resolve these pain points.
From the very beginning, Rocket was built on a simple belief: travelers deserve honesty, protection, and respect — especially when they are far from home.
