NOTICE: All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices for fleet security and management. By renting a vehicle, you explicitly consent to the collection and monitoring of the vehicle's location during the rental period. This data is used solely for vehicle recovery and contract enforcement.
Contractual records are retained for 3 years for tax/audit purposes. Sensitive ID copies are deleted 90 days after rental completion unless required for unresolved disputes.
